 Authentic Italian Risotto with the flavour of the woods [250gms]

Classic cooking style ~ just requires a knob of butter, some water and a glass of wine to complete.

Top with Parmesan Cheese if desired.

Ingredients:-

Arborio Rice (92.5%);  porcini (boletus edulis) (1.3%);  onion;  salt;  parsley;  champignon (1%);  garlic; chilli pepper;  vegetable extract;  herbs and spices.

Please note that this product is in my clearance cupboard because it has passed its Best Before Date ~ so its designated for personal use rather than gift giving and priced accordingly.

It has been stored in the recommended cool dry place away from direct sunlight.
