 Authentic Italian Risotto  with a touch of truffle  [250gms]

Classic cooking style ~ just requires a knob of butter, some water and a glass of wine to complete.

Top with Parmesan Cheese if desired.

Ingredients:-

Arborio Rice (96%); spice blend (tomato powder, yeast extract, basil, garlic, oregano, black pepper, salt);  truffle flavour;  champignon;  onion;  truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.) (0.3% (equal to 1.5% of fresh truffle);  garlic.
